“Absolutely stellar experience with Monte. I found him on craigslist where he advertises his refurbished pianos. We found a perfect console piano for my mum, she didn't need anything amazing. I communicated with Monte via text and even sent my piano instructor up to test the piano. He got to see a selection of spectacular pianos that Monte has repaired and highly recommended I complete the sale. Monte was flexible on delivery and the whole process truly couldn't have been easier. He showed up with his trailer and another person to help with the delivery. I just had to open doors.
