“One "reviewer" said the phone info didn't match onsite info and that they wasted a trip from Houston. There are 752 oil change places in Houston; who ignores all of them and then drives 60 miles out of town to get an oil change?? That being said, I have used EZ Lube in Wharton for a number of years and not only is it fast with top level service; the employees are always friendly and respectful, treat you like family and always check everything out to make sure your vehicle is in good shape to get back on the road. If they think your air filter needs to be changed, they bring it to you and abide by your decision; if they think it's fine like it is, they say so. Tire pressure gets checked all the way around and if you have a preference for lower pressure in the front, they accommodate you. It never crosses my mind to go anywhere else because there is no need to do so.”
