“I was a bit worried after I seen all the reviews but the process was pretty smooth. My controller was moving on it own and there is no way I can play that way so I called customer service they set up for me to send my controller to a Sony repair shop. Got my controller back in 6 business days, my controller works fine I did notice today that my serial number on the back of my controller is not the same so maybe they switched it out to a controller that works haven't had any problems so far working fine.”

“If you wanna come at 8 am my suggestion is for you come earlier. Because when we came here at 7:45 there was at least 20 trucks ahead of us making big long lane. However once they opened at 8 they checked in everybody right away and started unloading right away. We were desperate when we saw 20 trucks. But that was ok. Got unloaded in 20 minutes once I got a dock. Good luck”

“I recently visited this facility for an overnight drop, the guard and receiving men were very polite, however, sources told me that if any driver who doesn’t provide their own bill of lading copies, will be turned away until they have duplicates! Apparently the new manager is the owner’s daughter and complaint they spend hundreds of thousands of dollars if they provide copies of proof of deliveries! Usually, the driver delivers, customer signs and driver keeps his original bills, customer is supposed to get their copies! Good luck drivers!”

“Incredible warehouse with a very good staff. The building is large but the LFD part of the warehouse loads drivers in a timely manner. I've loaded 100+ trucks here with detention occurring less than 5 times (only when a large # of people call out and many trucks show up at once). On your average day you are in and out in an hour. Great owner and good to drivers.”

“Fast loading in the morning. It gets busy. You can be early for check in , but the all deals will open at 9 am. Not forcing u to have the PPE. Park on the side of the road. Check in at the small house gate (don't go in the truck yet ) He ll let the driver know what building to go and check in walking (buildings have numbers followed by letter such 6B for ex) Once loaded , secure temporary, and go on the side of the road again to finish tarping and securing”

“I used another service for my move from Mexico to the USA but I met David Lach at customs. I had some issues at customs and David was a huge source of information. The company I used only sent 1 guy across the border and I had an 8'x11' truck packed completely full to transfer to a U.S. based trucking company. David hopped on his phone and found a couple of his guys that were available to help me out. Jerry was efficient and knowledgeable on how to pack and stack to minimize space. I guess 16 years experience helps. While I was waiting on my truck to clear customs, one of the customs agents was trying to find me and David contacted me to let me know I needed to come to the office area. I was in a tight spot and those guys really helped me out. I know who to use next time.”
