“I was at my dealership down the street with a flat tire. Their service department was backed up and they said it would take several hours for my car to be seen. Another patron told me about discount tires and called them up to find out the wait. It was much less of a wait so I left the dealership and went right over. My service advisor Jesse went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. He was professional and courteous and empathetic. My vehicle was new and my mileage low so he called Goodyear to get a credit for the damaged tire which was still under warranty. This saved me money out of pocket. “I came in as a walk in and since it was empty at that moment I got attended right away. Unfortunately I didn’t get the kind woman’s name who threaded my eyebrows and stash lol. She was very attentive to my wishes and she did a great job with my brows. This location is very clean and relaxing I’m planning on coming back. I want to get my hair done here, I’ll post pics once I get that done. Also price was reasonable ($12eyebrows and $2 more for stash). I walked out a very happy woman ????.”
