“We worked with Home Depot to begin with but were handed over to Stone Systems for the fabrication and installation process. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. They were quick to respond to emails and phone calls and the whole process was smooth and easy. We had some questions and special preferences about a longer slab without a seam and they were able to give us exactly what we wanted. The person who came out to measure was polite and clearly had years of experience. The installation crew kept us posted about their arrival time and took special care to follow all COVID-19 safety protocols. I did see some previous reviews for this company that were not great, but I honestly could not have had a better experience.”

“I actually was trying to contact another company with a similar name, with whom I had done business previously. I tried for 3 weeks to schedule a measure and estimate with that other company, and after being told they would call back 4 times and never getting a call back, then finally getting scheduled only to have them call to reschedule for a later date, I accidentally reached these guys. At first we were both confused , then figured out I got the wrong company- but the rep asked if they could schedule to give a competing bid. Well, they came when they said, they quoted a better price, and the counters were ready for me BEFORE I was ready for THEM!! Everything went smoothly, the counters look fabulous, I got a very fair price, and I couldn't be more satisfied! And now I have a new countertop company!”
