“My 7 year old son loves this place. When I first took him here he had a few pretty bad cavities that were giving him some moderate pain, the dentist installed a few crowns and was very gentle and professional and my son was so happy that he didn't have any more pain! Another time my son had a severe toothache and was in a lot of distress. The next morning I called Kids Smiles and even though they were totally booked they found some time to see him right away, turns out it was just a new tooth coming in a little rough - what a relief! But I was so grateful they were able to make sure he was taken care of.”

“I experienced an unfortunate tire blowout on the nearby toll road. It was 100+ out that day and I simply called the store to verify that they could get the unique, matching tire size in. They said that they could call it in from another store for delivery the following day. Even with the loud road noise, they were patient and helped verify that they could get everything needed for the tire replacement. We had the vehicle towed to their store and left the vehicle overnight. They (Leron I believe) let us know that they would likely get to the replacement some time the next day. He ended up calling us first thing the following morning to let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. Great service especially when you are in a bind. Thank you!”

“Dr. Shepherd was the doctor on call when I had my baby in 2018 and I ended up delivering my baby. I loved my experience with her then so much that I switched over to her practice. I am so glad that I did because she is not only a kind, wonderful, and compassionate doctor, but so is every single person I've interacted with in their office. I also love how this office is not in a medical building, it's easily accessible and it's very clean. I feel like they care about me here, which is very different from my previous practice. I can't recommend this place enough!”

“I can not say enough good things bout Signature Care in Pflugerville. I came in with abdominal pain. And I was immediately greeted by a sweet women sitting at the front desk. ( sorry I can't remember her name) I waited bout 5 minutes and then I was called back to room. The hospital was clean and staff went beyond on taking precautions for Covid. My dr was in my room in less than 2 minutes. Dr Mauldin listened to all my concerns and questions. He didn't just rush in and out like other hospital. He actually cared. My techs Brenda and Sam was so caring and made sure I was comfortable. They got me warm blankets and checked on me frequently. My nurses Calli and Cody were amazing. They listened and if I wasn't comfortable they contacted the doctor to make me comfortable. They provide drinks and snacks after you get clearance from the doctor of course. I had a reaction to one of my meds and they all rushed in to make sure I was ok. And checked on me every 5 min til they knew I was ok. This Emergency room is amazing. I wished I could give ten stars... Also, I was self pay and they worked out a payment arrangement that fit me... Thanks again SC ER! Y'all are the bomb....!”

“We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”
