“We stayed for a week back in November. We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms are all inclusive; dish washer, microwave, oven, fridge. They even provide dishes and cutlery (although I would recommend washing prior to using). We saved on food costs by being able to eat in. There is also a washer and dryer available near front office so you can return home with clean laundry! The staff and maintenance are on-top if you need them also! Great place.”

“We were in 1224. Place was great. Clean with a great view of the lake and pool. Had a few hiccups when we first arrived getting in the gate because we needed to go though the service entrance with our boat and only had the code for the main entrance. They were very prompt in their response in getting us in the complex. I only mention this because I could tell Angela was doing everything on her end to fix the problem. Had a great time and will be back. Got some lake time in; got some pool time in; ate at some restaurants right on the water.”

“Junior, the owner, is very personable and is not just a landlord. I see him almost every day it seems working and trying to improve the park to make its appearance the best it can be. There are paved roads and lighting throughout the park along with cool antique gas pumps. There is a laundry room that is neat and whose machines wash and dry completely. There’s a main cabin that includes a full kitchen and is climate controlled. It also includes a full bath and shower, something that is highly valued while living in a small trailer. Rent is reasonable for what you’re getting by living here, one of the better parks in the surrounding Austin area.”
