“Dr. Donop had been our doctor and with him retiring, Dr. Sarah is now helping us with our 14 year old that was just diagnosed with a heart murmur. No matter the doctor, the staff and the doctors all have been great. Friendly, involved and relatable. All down to earth and amazing knowledge and care. This is a place filled with happy employees and an overall great vibe. If you need more advanced care this is the place. I'm sure there's other care available too, but we go for specialty reasons. “I’ve taken all my past pets here, since 2011, and the mobile clinic for spay and neuters. They all healed perfectly. I’ve also taken them to get their shots and preventive here, always great prices. Recently my dog needed to be spayed since she had an infection in her uterus and i waited in line at the free clinic for 5 hours but didn’t make it in since they reached max big dog capacity. I was devastated and called the resource center and discussed what I could do. The woman was so kind and went above and beyond to help. I got a call back an hour later saying she was accepted as an emergency case at the Norwood location and take her asap. I took her and they were very prompt and completed her surgery within and hour and a half. I am very beyond grateful they got her in. Cannot thank enough. Stella says thank you too!”

“My pup unfortunately sliced her paw open the other morning and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I called FOUR other EMERGENCY vets and each one told me they didn’t have availability until next week. Next week wasn’t an option if I wanted to help my doggo. I called Circle C Animal Hospital expecting to hear the same thing, maybe it was the desperation in my voice or something but whoever I spoke to told me they could see her now. Yay! The staff was was super friendly and accommodating when we arrived, even though my poor pup was bleeding all over their floors. They fixed her up in a few hours and I was able to pick her up that day. I hope to not see them for an emergency again but if it happens , I would gladly trust my pets here.”

“Such a wonderful and caring staff. I called on the way there because my dog had gotten into a bag of chocolate donuts and I had no idea how many he had eaten. Despite no doubt having a full schedule, they were able to see Henry and his urgent situation immediately. They even let me stay with him as the meds they gave him kicked in and induced vomiting, and sent us home with fluids and medications to make sure his stomach recovered. My dog, normally scared of new places and people, was comfortable with them handling him and accepted comfort from one of the staff when I went back to the lobby. “My little yorkie, Chloe, had to have back to back surgeries for major health issues. As you can imagine, I was terrified. As soon as I met Dr Varga, he put me and my worries at ease. His calm and caring demeanor made me realize Chloe was going to be in excellent hands. Both surgeries went great and he is so skilled at what he does, you can’t even see her incision scars. Chloe loves Dr Varga and every time we have a health check up, goes running into the hospital to bark at him for treats. My fur baby is my child and I can’t recommend him enough!! He is the best!!”

“It turns out that our animals can benefit from chiropractic adjustments just as much as humans can. Dr. Huckabee has provided immediate pain relief from those minor injuries when jumping up or down from furniture or making a leap after their favorite toy. Just realigning the injury site reduced the pain and stiffness and allowed healing without drugs. She has treated 3 of my dogs, especially as they got older. The dogs were responsive during the treatment and gave extra licks when that last spot moved into it’s proper space.”

All of the staff were extremely kind and Dr. Sosa made sure to explain every possible thing that could be causing my cat to be sick and provided me with solutions. I really appreciate the thoroughness and care they have for people’s pets along with their kindness. I really also loved the thoughtfulness that was put into their waiting room and the cat rooms where the vet examines them. “Even though they always seem like they have a fully packed patient schedule, they still somehow manage to schedule us in same-day when it is urgent and within a couple of days when it is a routine appointment. They also ask if anything else is going on and are happy to take a look and make sure our pup is fully taken care of when they leave. Curbside appointments are super easy and quick. They never try to push unnecessary treatments/medication to squeeze more money out of you, which has not been the case in my experience at other clinics in the area.”

“*FAST AVAILABILITY * CARING STAFF * FLEXIBILITY for worried pawrents I just got home from Prickly Pear Pet Vaccines and it was totally worth the 25 min ride there and back. I called them today morning for availability and there were ready to meet us. They're a new clinic and getting a fast appointment comes super handy for us pet pawrents in these strange COVID times when all vet clinics and mobile vets are packed. Super kind and caring staff and doctor! I am a very anxious pawrent and they were very flexible and accommodating to my requests. They handled my 100lb dog and 5 lb kitty cat very gently, took the time to get them comfy before the exam, and both got the chance to have a treat before the Rabies shot. They kindly asked me before offering the treats, to avoid tummy upset in case one of them had a sensitive stomach. I am incredibly happy, they totally made my day. So much so that I kind of wish my other cats' Rabies would be due sooner, so I could meet them again. Haha Great experience, highly recommend this place.”
