“SUPERB EXPERIENCE Shortly prior to embarking on a four hour trip through a largely unpopulated area west of Austin, I became aware of a partially flat rear tire. Having chosen Scott's Shell due to proximity. I pulled in. Augie and Duane happened to be outside and immediately came over. They quickly filled up the tire, located the puncture and patched it. Augie proceeded to top off the other three tires, too. Javier was very accommodating in handling the transaction. All of these gentlemen were very professional, efficient and friendly. After quickly completing this work, I proceeded to top off my gas tank and they came over and cleaned my windshield and back window. Who does that anymore? ???????? I owe Duane and Augie a great deal of gratitude for their superb service; because of them, my 200+ mile journey was blissfully uneventful. The owner is to be commended in hiring excellent and caring personnel. The superlative reviews are definitely earned. Thanks again and be assured of my grateful prayers.”
