“First off, ordering tires online from Sam’s is a real pain and they need a better process. First time I ordered 4 tires and they never emailed me letting me know they arrived, I had to go to the store 2 weeks later to find out they are sitting on the rack. This time I ordered one tire and three weeks went by and never received an email, went to the store ready to argue with the tire and battery mgr and club mgr because after calling the store and them telling me to wait for the email and that they have no way of checking if the tire has arrived, then calling sams club online support who is telling me to call the store. Anyways, Juan at Sams Club made my day so much better. He was willing to check if the tire came in both in the tire and battery area as well as in the receiving area, after he confirmed it has not shownup. I really just needed a tire and any will do, he was super helpful in canceling the old order for the tire that has not arrived and finding any other Goodyear tire in stock. He took the initiative and put it on right away. I was in and out in 30 mins. Juan really changed the whole situation around. I didn’t have to argue with any mgrs or call customer service while at the store. I now have a drivable car again after three weeks. Thanks Juan! You saved the day!”

“I obviously cannot speak for other people in their experiences. But I can tell you that these guys are mobile and I've used them out of auto shop where I get my oil change. One time we had what we thought was a rock chip but it wasn't even a chip they told us the truth instead of taking advantage of us and didn't charge us anything like they could have because we were willing to pay. Since then they have helped my good friend and a couple other people I have seen when they need their chips fixed. They work with you to usually get it covered for free under most insurances and that is stand up!”

“I recently moved to Austin and needed a new hairstylist, after hours of googling and Instagram searching I found Amber and she is AMAZING. She is very honest and upfront about pricing and will not do a service if it will damage your hair. She also gives the best tips and recommendations, I had a keratin treatment for the first time and it is LIFE CHANGING. She is also super easy to talk to and makes the time fly by when you're in the chair. UPDATE- Still seeing Amber years later. I made the terrible life altering mistake of going to another hair stylist bc I couldn’t wait a few days to get a balayage redone and they damaged it. I’ve learned my lesson and Amber has helped me grow it out. I would never and will never go to another hair stylist. Save yourself the trauma and go to Amber. She truly is THE BEST.”

“*FAST AVAILABILITY * CARING STAFF * FLEXIBILITY for worried pawrents I just got home from Prickly Pear Pet Vaccines and it was totally worth the 25 min ride there and back. I called them today morning for availability and there were ready to meet us. They're a new clinic and getting a fast appointment comes super handy for us pet pawrents in these strange COVID times when all vet clinics and mobile vets are packed. Super kind and caring staff and doctor! I am a very anxious pawrent and they were very flexible and accommodating to my requests. They handled my 100lb dog and 5 lb kitty cat very gently, took the time to get them comfy before the exam, and both got the chance to have a treat before the Rabies shot. They kindly asked me before offering the treats, to avoid tummy upset in case one of them had a sensitive stomach. I am incredibly happy, they totally made my day. So much so that I kind of wish my other cats' Rabies would be due sooner, so I could meet them again. Haha Great experience, highly recommend this place.”

“I have gone to Arlyn for my haircuts for years; since she used to work at a salon in the mall. Now she has her own place, and I can fully understand why. She is always pleasant and professional, and she will take the time to listen to what you want. If you're looking to change up your style, then she's the perfect person to give you ideas . More importantly, you can trust her to always do a thorough and excellent job. I moved about 40 minutes away form her salon's location, but I am still happy to make the drive to get my haircut from her. I'm not sure how much more of a recommendation I could give.”

I k is what I like when I see it in a buffet but not sure what names for which dishes so I will see if I made a good selection. Service was fast. Soft instrumental music in the background at an appropriate volume from a tv playing music from India. Ceramic plates, metal utensils, cloth napkins, and real glasses. You can specify a spice level which I liked. My entree arrived pretty fast, and it was amazing. I ordered a low spice level and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend and I will be back to try something else from the menu.”

“I think I may have had the best experience of my life at this furniture store. My daughter was in the hospital for 19 days. They released her because her insurance wouldn't pay anymore. She should have gone to a physical therapy rehab center, but again, insurance wouldn't pay for it. She couldn't walk, sit up by herself or anything else. I flew her son in from several states way for the weekend to help me take care of her. He was leaving Tuesday evening June 23. I went to every furniture store in Austin to find a lift chair. Found one in every store. But not one of these stores would sell me one on that day. Rooms to Go, Lazy Boy, Ashley Furniture. Same story Oh, we can't do that it takes two weeks for delivery. I pleaded my story with each one of those stores and not one would help me out. I was sitting in the parking lot on my phone searching for "Furniture stores near me" when I found Mega Furniture. Didn't have a clue where it was and lucky for me I was almost on top of it. Now keep in mind I'm not in a good mood at this point. I've been running back and forth to the hospital for days, my daughter is terribly ill, I've tried four places already. I walk in the door and I'm met by Roxy, the sales girl. I tell her what I need (I'm sure I probably wasn't very nice about it) and I get the same speech from her, can't do it, takes two weeks, I go off in a rant as I'm stomping out of the store. Roxy, literally chases me out the door, wait, wait.I said no need to wait if you aren't going to sell me a chair TODAY. She says let's go talk to my manager. I go with her to meet Julia, the manager. I LOVE Julia. Not only did Julia sell me a lift chair, but she made a few calls and found someone to deliver it for me. I had to stop at the pharmacy before I went home and they delivered the chair before I even got home. The chair is awesome, Roxy is awesome, Julia is awesome and Victor the delivery driver was Austin. I'm telling you they have my business and loyalty for a long time. They went above and beyond for me.”
