Like most reviewers, I had confirmed service was bad or non existent after dozens of visits to this store. HOWEVER, this changed for me after my last two visits.

First Ric approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. I was kind of shocked. Not only did he provide information about several things, he also walked me to places where products were. He also suggested rentals and gave me prices and schedules. This was awesome!

The second time, one or two days later, Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly while he assisted me for around one hour with a complicated transaction. This while he was juggling other duties such as curbside.

It appears management is now focusing on customer experience. I hope these guys get commended, incentivized and are shown as role models for their peers. A promotion and/or a raise would be definitely justified.

Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store even if it's not the closest to me (I just moved).

During the week and after 5:30 you have all the help you need if you are looking for something particular. However, the rest of the time it’s almost impossible to find anyone that works there. The store is always clean and when you do find people they are generally helpful and friendly. A lot of new people because of turnover so sometimes you have to ask two or three people before they know what you are talking about. Easy check out although I do miss the cashiers. Easy parking lot to get in and out of and the rental department has just about everything the bigger stores with rental depts have.

Returned a dead plant I had bought 6 mos ago and I let it die. There's a 1 year guarantee on plants no matter why it dies. Just keep your receipt! I bought a new plant and some annuals and garden soil. The employees were so accommodating and helpful. Got the soil for me and loaded me up quickly.

Customer service there has not been forgotten. All the employees were very friendly and very helpful. This is my new favorite home depot. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes or so just to go there instead of the others on my side of town.
