“Had an amazing experience physically and mentally. I visited from California and got to meet Dean and spend time in the Man Flow Yoga HQ and it was downright impressive. It’s relaxed and at the same time puts you in a mood to do yoga. Dean is by far the best instructor I’ve ever met and his HQ is exactly what it is supposed to be for.
