“My family and I rent here often. Yes, there have been times that a requested vehicle has not been available, but they always make a concession for us and take care of us. Recently, I called ahead and not only received wonderful customer service, but they ensured that the vehicle we requested would be ready on the day we arrived. In the past, I’ve had to drive to either the 620 North location…or all the way to the airport. So, having this location close to home is great.
