What really impressed me was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Before we picked up our car, they changed the ABS sensor that was glitchy. We had a blinker problem with the car not 10 minutes after we drove it off the lot. They happily fixed that problem too. I've dealt with some shady used car dealers in the past.
