“Jim has taken care of all our fur babies since birth with no problems. Last year had a problem with a guy vet tech very rude he said our dog would die cause he is mean. I called Jim back after leaving told him the situation Jim said that should have never happened and he took care of it. We went back with our dog two weeks ago was very happy with Jim and his vet techs they were very sweet. We do miss Tracy up front cause she was right on the ball with ever thing. Take care all.”
