“Made it a mission to get myself a custom made cowboy hat for a while now and came across James in Mavericks whilst on a 3 day getaway with my partner. James is an absolute artist in his profession. He helped with every single detail throughout the process. The perfect color for the hat, the materials, he then moulds it to your head and shapes it to fit your build and your frame. The whole experience was amazing. He was super friendly, telling us about himself as well as interested in us.
