“Been living here for about a year now. Quiet neighborhood and great location. They always communicate with you about maintenance inspections and anything else that you need to be aware of. Desirable management is probably the first rental property that I can say is very professional. All the way from viewing of the property to just checking up on you. You never have to worry about missing rent payment because they send out a friendly reminder. Rent is affordable for all their properties and in my opinion will not hurt your pockets. But you know what you can afford. Definitely will be staying here for awhile.”
