“I'm a new patient. I simply looked online a couple days ago and saw Dr. Marciano had great reviews and is conveniently located in Southlake. I called his office and actually spoke to a very nice receptionist and she gave me a couple of available dates. I went in today had a couple procedures done for recurring ingrown toe nails. My only regret is that I didn't come in sooner. I scheduled another procedure later in the summer. The entire staff was extremely helpful, prompt, courteous & expedient. Customer service in any industry is about culture and making your guests/patients feel comfortable "at home", so to speak Dr. Marciano "mission accomplished". He was great and offered very detailed information and provided options about the process. I would recommend him 100% wholeheartedly not that he needs it, but so often folks get on social media to complain. So for all your Foot, Ankle or any Podiatrist needs call Dr. Marciano.”

“My experience with Dr. Kalan Bobbitt is perhaps a bit unusual but it shows how much I respect her as a physician and like her as a person. My husband and I relocated to a small town near Montreal, Quebec Canada about a year and a half ago. Before we left, Dr. Bobbitt had been my primary care physician for 3 years. The care Dr. Bobbitt gave to me was wonderful. She was kind, thorough, compassionate and always medically accurate. If she was not personally available to see me immediately, her nurse practitioner, Allison, was. Dr. Bobbitt’s staff is lovely and always treated with the utmost respect. I have now returned to the Dallas area and guess who I have chosen to be my primary care physician? Dr. Kalan Bobbitt, of course! She is delightful! Her entire office welcomed me back with open arms and I couldn’t be happier with my medical care. My first visit back to see her was thorough and comforting. “I absolutely recommend Dr Smith. I recommend her to everyone as well as my out-of-town guests when the call arises. I've been in DFW for nearly 6 years and visited a variety of physicians and Dr. Smith is top of her game. She will listen carefully, ask/answer thoroughly and not miss a detail. If you have a concern, she is not intimidating and very easily approached. She is not money-medicine focused, but person focused and does not alienate natural resources for healing in her treatments. I trust her more than any other physician I have ever had in my life - and that is quite a number. Don't waste your time looking around.
