“I went to this location when they first opened. They have always been super sweet. I live 45 mins away and was going to drive over to the store today. When I called the fax machine kept coming on which was an indication they may be closed. (Luckily they give you a chat option) I sent a message and they responded immediately and said they were closed today. I would say with everything going on it’s best to confirm the hours with companies to see if they are actually open. I would have been upset if I drove all the way over there. Thanks for atleast posting “listing hours may differ than posted” and giving other options to contact you.”

She is super knowledgeable when it comes to the insurance game which I was very excited about because I was able to learn from her. Kyla's customer service and communication skills really were outstanding. I also realized that she works really great with young adults seeing as she helped my younger cousin with a copious amount of questions that he had about insurance policies and she made him feel very comfortable while doing so.
