“This morning I called the Mansfield target looking for a specific item for my kids birthday party. Not only did the individual who answered the phone go and look to see if they physically had it on the shelf, he also put it at the service desk for me. This was an hour and a half commute because it was the only place I could get this item. Just want to say thank you because they didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did!
