He literally went above and beyond by cleaning from the outside, pulling off the dryer and vacuuming the rigid duct, and went to the crawl space to check the sealing of the pipe. The cost is both fair and upfront. I was charged exactly as quoted with no hidden fee. I would definitely use them again when it comes to cleaning the AC air duct and chimney!”
