“How I wish I’d known the difference between one Club Pilates studio and another when I first joined. Thank you, CP Keller for being the gold standard of studios in TX. I’m happy to be paying my monthly fees to your studio going forward and to continue benefiting from your wonderful teaching staff. I joined CP Colleyville over two years ago and soon learned that the value of an 8-pack of classes meant far less at Colleyville than other North Texas studios based on the inconsistency of their instructors. A 1.5 flow class with one instructor could be vastly different than a 1.5 flow with another instructor. And there goes one of my 8 classes for the month out the window. Even when I booked with my “favorite”instructors, last minute instructor switch ups by the studio meant I might be wasting one of my 8 classes for the month practicing with an instructor who just didn’t cut it. So, I upgraded to an Unlimited membership (within the Martin-owned CP studios) so I could reserve my classes further in advance allowing me to practice with the teachers I looked forward to learning from and avoid the teachers I simply did not enjoy as much. Later, I upgraded to Passport so I could train at nearly any US studio while traveling. The more time I spent at other studios the more I realized how challenged Colleyville was in both consistent and talented instructors as well as their lack of quality customer service. Between some of the front desk staff to the particularly rude lead instructor, I found myself wanting to book away more and more. Finally, after experiencing one too many instructor changes beyond the 12-hour cancellation period, I decided it was worthwhile to move to CP Keller despite losing all of my class history and future booking reservations. I will say that there are a few awesome instructors at Colleyville that I will miss such as Lisa, Lacie and Ana. But there is a human aspect to other studios that CP Colleyville is lacking. And until they change management or ownership, they will continue to struggle keeping up with the other top-notch N. Texas studios.”

“Beyond amazing. I came in for a consult with a bad hair job done the previous week at another salon (Highlights+color) leaving me with dark brown hair, ashy highlights, red roots and some greenish blue areas. My stylist Emily took her time looking at my hair, test stranded it, and took the time to really look at and listen to my end goal. She consulted with Meghan during the entire process and together they were able to give me the game plan while explaining all possible outcomes. Emily was an awesome stylist throughout the entire procedure and really worked hard to achieve desired final result, not only fixing a bad hair job but also achieving what I originally wanted. My hair was well blended and very natural looking. I left Jackalope with my lightened honey locks and extremely satisfied. (Posted are my before/after. “Dr. Gardner and his wonderful tech came to my (horse’s) Rescue last night. My horse was sick and the situation was potentially life threatening. Dr. Gardner was hands down the most knowledgeable and empathetic man and veterinarian I have come across. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about how he and his vet tech treated my horse and me. He saved my horse and was such a humble and intelligent man. He has already checked on us. I honestly cannot articulate what a great experience I had. (My trainer was present and was astounded at his bedside manner and intellect!) “I work in Keller so I come here sometimes and always get good service. This morning as of 4-6-2023 the time is 6:30 am. The lady that is working there this morning… she was so rude to a few of us customers. I heard a guy say good morning and she looked at him crazy and he walks away very annoyed and than I said good morning as it was my turn and she did the same. I just politely grabbed my items and left. I asked a guy that came after me if he felt the same and he said yes she was mean. Lady If you don’t like interacting with customers than don’t work there. It boils my blood that we customers spend our hard working money in this store to keep y’all in business so we don’t need your family member with a stick up there a** working there. Get somebody with better customer service or she’s going to get chewed out one day by the wrong person. If she’s there when ever I go back I will be going to another store.”

“I moved in a few months ago and absolutely LOOOOVE this place. I don't write many reviews, but I had to write one about Arthouse. I can't list all of the great things about this place, but to start with, the office staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is top notch. The location? Is AAAAMAZING! Walking distance to shops, stores, parks, restaurants, etc...It has a "loft" type feel. I chose a unit facing the main street and actually love the view from my balcony of people walking their dogs, going to stores and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The fire pit I have yet to use but looks great. The fire pit as well. The hot tub and pool are secluded and private. Not one single complaint. If you're looking for a great place, whether for a short period of time or a long term lease, definitely check this place out.”
