“The clerks were helpful and told me how to navigate around the toll roads. When I came back to drop off my car I accidentally pulled into a different rental car facility next door. It was maybe 4am and there was only one guy working nearby. I described that I pulled into the wrong place and I can't back out because my tires will be damaged. He told me to just leave the keys on the dash and he would take care of it. Sure enough, when I got off my flight I had am email that everything was processed and they didnt charge me extra for failing to drop off the car at the proper location. So grateful and honest. Thanks guys!”

“There's a shuttle bus that takes you to the rental center. Which is a completely separate facility than the airport. All of the car rental places are there. Stand in the middle, take out your cellphone or tablet and type in rental cars Dallas Fort Worth. Use one of the many sites that do comparison pricing for you. I went to one company, they said they couldn't match the low online price. Sent me to the company that WAS offering the deal. $8 a day difference. Went to the lot, car was missing. The lot attendant switched cars immediately ( didn't have to go back inside!) I noted some small damage to one place on fender. The lady at the check out logged it and made a note on my paperwork as well! Good experience.”
