“I decided to try Freeman after not so great experience at another dealership closer to my house. I was impressed at the ease of scheduling, how I was greeted, and the wait was not bad at all. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection check. It took a little less than an hour. My porter and advisor were very courteous and easy to work with throughout the experience. It was also great to get into my washed vehicle to go home as well. The other dealership service department stopped doing this. I am so glad that I made this switch!”
