I had two other contractors quote the work and never felt as though they contractors gave me an honest cost estimate. I thought Felix was always being very honest. I was please that he lived up to his promise to return to the site the day after the work was complete to ensure the work was completed correctly and the yard was properly cleaned. Felix also made great efforts to keep me up to date as inclement weather impacted the work schedule. Kudos to Ray the project superintendent, he was friendly and kept the work site clean.”
