Hadn't needed a plumber in quite some time and halfway expected some old guy with his pants half off showing up 2 hours late but James was an upstanding young guy who knew what he was doing. While I had him I let him know I was considering putting in a better garbage disposal and he offered to take care of that for me as well at a price that was much more competitive than what I had seen.
