“Great service, but not very good setting up online or notifying you if what and when they are doing it. I was told to bring it in at 10:00am, so I brought it at 07:00am and then they said it needs to stay overnight but then I called then to let them know I would need my car after work but nobody answered then they called me an hour later and said it was ready. Weird but happy it was done”

“They have me the best quote to install a front hitch on my Wrangler and they didn’t disappoint. They had it done faster than I expected. I didn’t have them trim the front fascia to fit, which would have been extra. I did that myself with a rotary tool. Two days later, I attempted to pre-fit a hitch accessory adapter to the hitch only to find out the mfr drilled the holes off center and the hitch pin wouldn’t go all the way through. I went back to Discount Hitch and they enlarged the offset holes for me at no charge so the pin would slide through. Thanks, guys! I’m a happy customer.”

“I've brought three of my own vehicles to Auto Improvements in the last month and have referred several others to them as well. These guys were unbelievable, they took better than good care of myself, my son, and as of today my daughter. I was told by several other repair shops that the repairs needed were literally thousand of dollars after they performed and charged me their $300 "diagnostic" charges. These guys diagnosed each of my vehicles for FREE, contacted me with what was really wrong and fixed each vehicle for literally thousands less than the others. Honest, trustworthy and just great guys. Even if you have to drive a little to get to them make the drive. They've earned my business and many others in Trophy Club. I've got more work for them coming in the near future. My cars and trucks are getting older and with the car market being what it is today it makes more sense to fix them than replace them. “I must say the level of disrespect from Avondale Collision is unpredictable! The GM Mark for this body shop located in Mercedes Benz Of Grapevine. It’s the level of disrespect for me! I wrote them a check for the body work of my vehicle with the funds being verified. He tells me that he’s gonna hold my vehicle until the check clears keep in mind the funds have been verified from my bank to his bank. When one of the mangers there told me he let a 3000 check slide right through didn’t check it or anything. I have a problem with that. Was it because I was black! Well I will not be going back to them and will never refer my Mercedes Team to them ever! I explained to them I was grieving from the lost of my husband and that this was extra stress. They looked over and talked over me and raised his voice at me will never do business with them ever again!!!!”

“After hydroplaning into a barrier during rain, I took my 2006 Honda Element to the dealer in Dallas. They told me the repair would cost over $5,000 AND they couldn’t get me a replacement taillight since it was on back order. I went to Zion and they fixed it for about $500. They did a great job!
