“Was shopping for new recliners similar to ones we had 15 years ago. La-Z-Boy still makes them. We happily purchased two and a coffee table. At the time of purchase we informed the sales person that I would pick up the items at their warehouse. After we left the store my wife looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged $100.00 for Guardian for each recliner. An additional $200.00 for something we did not ask for. The sales person didn’t even ask if it was something we were interested in purchasing. She took it upon herself to pad the sale. Needless to say we are not happy.”
