My current circumstances have led me to research a physician accordingly. From the warm greeting (having been almost 15 minutes late) I received nothing but the utmost respect and professionalism. Once I met the medical assistant and nurse practitioner- I felt welcomed and acknowledged. I was there to establish care for a new PCP and I had A LIST ! Of issues to discuss. (Aside from my acute symptoms) … the NP addressed each and every factor listed. Not only was she warm and approachable but she assured me the Dr would also be the same. The physician herself came through being understanding and comforting. I left knowing I would be heard and taken care of. Don’t hesitate! This is the place to go!”

“My 2 boys age 6 and 1 relocated from East Texas to Grand Prairie and they had both been at their previous daycares since 6 weeks old; I have nothing but praises to give to the staff at the Lake Ridge location. My boys come home daily with my happiness and they actually crash because they have had so many activities during the day. I’m updated hourly if not less from an app used by the facility for my 1 year old and I get to see how often he’s changed , fed and even photos of playtime and mealtimes. I highly recommend this facility to any relocation/transition family. I get very much help with any billing concerns or for my little baby boy from Ms. Breanna, Ms. Milka, Ms. Christie and Ms. Tia !!! Ms. Tia was a huge help in the transition of my 6 year old from virtual to in person learning. We will literally be here until they are too old for daycare lol ❤️”

He knows his name, his birthdate, where he lives, my name, my phone number, and I could go on and on!!! All of this after only attending since April 13th! He shows me something new daily and as his mother, his voice, and his advocate, I must say I am very happy! He loves Ms. Jessica and Ms. Nemo to pieces! “What a WONDERFUL experience at Catori! Very professional and she takes her time no rushing. My husband and I came for our anniversary massages we were absolutely blown away. The mood was set perfect for the occasion, Crystal had the lights just right not to mention she had a bottle of our favorite wine, fresh fruit and the music was just right.
