3Sixty Flats

I chose to move here as my first place for my parents house and it has been nothing but great. The staff is caring the property stays clean. They even go the extra mile to clean the foyers routinely. Maintenance is always quick in response and ready to help.

I have recently moved this apartment complex and I could not be happier with my decision. The complex is well-maintained with beautiful landscaping and a clean appearance from the outside. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-appointed with quality appliances and finishes. The open-concept design makes it feel even larger and more comfortable.

Additionally, the facilities provided in the complex are top-notch. The fitness center is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a great workout, the pool area is relaxing and well-kept, and the clubhouse provides a perfect space for socializing and entertaining guests.

What I love most about this complex is the friendly and professional staff. Thank you Kelly, Courtney and demarre for answering my million questions since before I moved in, they made me feel welcome and have been responsive to any questions or concerns that I may have had. They take pride in providing high-quality service to their residents and it truly shows.

All in all, this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

I’ve been a resident at 3Sixty Flats since May 2023, and I’m pleased to say that my family has had such a great experience!

While I haven’t had any significant issues, any concern I’ve brought to management has first been met with understanding & compassion … and second, all concerns have been addressed & remedied expeditiously.

The leasing agents -DeMarre, Gabby, and Josh- have mastered remaining personable while being professional. Josh is actually our Community Attendant as well; his demeanor while being awakened in the wee-hours of the morning is still friendly, and he’s obviously dedicated to the residents having a great and COMFORTABLE experience at their home.

Beyond that - the property is beautiful. The Grounds professionals never miss a beat - the grass is always in tip-top shape, and our sidewalks are always clear; the same goes for the internal hallways of the buildings. The pool is always clean, and there’s always a pool attendant there to monitor activity and ensure we’re free of sneaky/uninvited “visitors”.

The courtyard and indoor resident recreation & business areas are equally well-maintained with great attention to detail.

Out of the many communities I researched prior to my move to Texas, 3Sixty Flat was the only one I physically went to tour - and I’m glad I did. This has proven to be an excellent choice for my family.

First of all, we been living here for a month and we love it. It's clean, a nice atmosphere, and so quiet. I honestly feel like we have a home now. We put in our first maintenance request and the response time was great. Salvadore arrived with a smile on his face and was very nice. He provided us with a sheet explaining our orders and even gave us detailed explanations of what he fixed. One of our request didn't show on his side, but he went above and beyond for us to fix it right then and there when we asked him. This place is by far the best place we've stayed so far.
