For the past 3 years now I drive over 3 hours to come to my doctors appointments because I love this office we have a great relationship She listens to me and my concerns When I have had 3 different surgeries over the years she worked with me about my pain medication I've never had an issue getting my medication the only bad thing I can say is sometimes the parking lot is full and u have to park somewhere else or wait for someone to leave I've never really had along wait to see the doctor normally I'm seen within 10-15 mins of arriving the longest I have had to wait was 30-45 mins and that's only happened once in a blue moon The front office women are wonderful super friendly and always try to get u checked in and out fast The only thing I hate is now starting a couple months ago they have a call center now where you can't get ahold of anyone in office and they don't speak English very well and normally you have to wait 24 hours to get a call back or answers to your questions/ problems if u have any That's the 1 and biggest problem I've had and don't like and that's only been recently”
