“Highly recommend Mr. Burgess. I originally hired him over 8 years ago for a misdemeanor assault charge. Not only did he get it reduced to disorderly conduct he ultimately got it dismissed completely. But, here I am 8+ years later and I desperately needed court documents pertaining to my arrest, and in a very time sensitive manner for my employer. I reached out to Charlie thinking he would not even remember me and he immediately got what was needed for me and proceeded to get the arrest expunged from my record. Great guy that genuinely seems to care for his clients. Highly recommend him for anyone needing counsel. Also, I never do reviews. And I am a pretty hard critic. Charlie Burgess definitely deserves more than a review though, cannot express my gratitude enough!”

“I ordered the lunch special “Chinatown”; it came with a combination of meat, veggies, fried rice, and egg roll. Great portion for the price (approximately $7.50) and the shrimp and rice were superb. Steak and chicken were a bit over cooked for my preference. But I also ordered a side of chili-oil and egg drop soup that was excellent! I will return for lunch.”

“I moved in 5/28/22 and moved out 5/31/23. I seen 3 different property managers. Ms. Shannon is the current property manager and she is AMAZING!! If you need anything fixed or worked on she made sure it was done. The property is looking better with the upkeeps and being renovated. My unit was great and quiet. I had no major issues. Small little things like common work orders was done in a timely manner. Shannon kept her word on that. The property is really nice. The manager is even better. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. FYI I only left because I got a new position out of state.”

“Nicole is so nice! I went in to look at an apartment with my fiancé. I made sure to call first to see if the prices were in my range and if there was anything to actually look at. She was visiting with another person when we arrived so we sat in the lobby and waited our turn. Our patience was rewarded with extreme kindness and personalized attention. We submitted an application to rent an apartment that same day. My only request is that the visitor parking website or QR code be readily available at any time immediately. Guest’s visiting have to register or they will get towed and I believe it is a $5 per day fee for the guest. Please if you could make flyers and post weatherproof signs around the complex of how a guest can register their vehicle so they do not get towed this would really be the icing on the cake because everything else seems pretty darn perfect. Well except for the part about mandatory cable and Internet but again with the price of the rent being so reasonable the extra $90 a month for the cable and Internet that is mandatory still isn’t that bad.”

“A line of 7 cars formed at 11 am on Friday when they opened. The speed of service was fast, efficient, and friendly. They took my left over old house paint, stereo receiver and a tire. You are asked to stay in the vehicle and they do the rest in terms of taking the items out of your car. Highly recommended”

“As a long time patient of Dr. Sykes, I was again at his office today for my regular teeth cleaning, which is the best way over time to maintain teeth and gum health. Although his office has always been well maintained, because of the vivid-19 corona virus there has been an even higher up-grade. For example, the medical protective attire worn by the staff is like that worn in a hospital surgical suite. Right now is a smart time for anyone with hurting teeth (which usually involves infection) etc., to seek care. as treatment could also help protect one’s over all health in a perilous time. Dr. Sykes and his friendly, professional staff will keep you safe and take good care of you! Blessings.”

“I have never had to speak to a collections company before, so I was VERY nervous to make a call to them, not knowing how it would go. When I called, the first person I spoke to (I cannot remember her name, I'm so sorry ma'am!), but she was very kind and patient with me. I had to settle a small $200 debt for my husband and told the representative the story. We tried to dispute the debt but received a letter that it couldn't be done unfortunately, so we decided to just deal with it and get it handled. We didn't want this to hurt my husband's credit report. The woman confirmed before transferring my call to the payment department that it will NOT impact my husband's credit and not show up on his credit report AT ALL, because we contacted them before that happens and we paid it in full. She said "It hasn't reached that far yet, you don't have to worry. It will NOT be put on his credit report at all." I had told her that I didn't want it marked "PAID", I wanted it to not be there at ALL. She said again that it wouldn't be. When transferred, I spoke to a very nice man named Mike who listened to me repeat the whole story and I made the payment with him. He gave me the confirmation number and I asked him as well to CONFIRM that this was NOT going to be marked on my husband's credit report, he assured me also that it had not reached that point and would not be put on the credit report, and told me if I have any concerns I can call the office and speak to someone and they'll help me. I will update my review if anything happens, but overall I'm very happy with the way I was treated over the phone by both of the people I spoke to. They were very polite, patient, and understanding with me, I was nervous and apprehensive to make the call but they made me feel a lot better. I'm glad I called the local Texas office instead of the toll free number.”

“I know there are a lot of bad reviews which i was weary of when applying. However, i will say that the two ladies in the office, were extremely nice and i received great customer service. Brianna assisted with the application process and was great. I had a few challenges with my personal situation, and she was very patient with listening and assisting as much as she was able to. I had a few questions about my lease and Delores really took time to hear me out and answer all questions with clarity. It has been a great experience so far. I think i will update another review once i move in next month. Just wanted to share my experience and add that i don't know anything about previous management but this team is AMAZING!!!”
