I've always used Vacuum Depot for all my vacuum service repairs & my first Kirby, which I thought nothing could be better. Don't get me wrong, Kirby's are a great vacuum, but just like everything else, newer brands/products become available. Yet; one thing hasn't changed & that's the great service the owner, John Dettmann of Vacuum Depot, has provided all these years. Or at least the last (20) years for our family. Here's a picture of my first Kirby bought in 2000 that John serviced many times. My husband still gives me a hard time letting a door salesman sell me a $2,000 vacuum cleaner. At least we can laugh about it now.”

“I explained to karra my car was overheating and he listen to everything I had to say and he calmly explained in detail the steps he was going to do to diagnose and resolved my issue. He was very transparent with everything upfront. He was honest about everything and once he finished diagnostics he called me over told me exactly what the problem was he told me the cost for parts and labor and asked if I wanted to proceed with repairs that type of transparency is what I look for in a shop. I definitely will be doing future business with you guys.”

“06/2019 One of the quieter Starbucks. I would come more often if they had more than just two comfortable chairs. Restrooms were lovely this time. 12/2018 Incredibly difficult drive-thru. Check out the Google Earth view and note the one-way traffic. The cars will wrap around the building, effectively obstructing all parking spots and making it nearly impossible to get in line. Consequently, this is one of the slowest Starbucks around. Unfortunately, there aren't any others nearby. If there were, this one would go out of business. Restroom needed tidying up. Still, Lillie is super sweet and I love seeing her smiling face.”
