My name is Lena Leak. I am 63 years old. I have been battling with my weight and health issues for a while. Going to the doctors for pain in my legs and high blood pressure. I was getting tired of taking pills.
When Coach Greta had the 30 day challenge to walk 30 minutes a day. I took on that challenge. It was hard at first, then it got easy. Yes I was able to make it. Months past when she came home to care for her mom. Had a talk with her about my health. When my next appointment came up I had a long talk with my doctor. She stopped a lot of my meds. Greta told me about all the toxin that can build up in your body. She was right.

Nice clean ramp, but for some reason it always smells like something has just crawled into the bushes and died. And for the most part people using this ramp do pick up after themselves. And are polite.🤗
