I had a great experience working with Steve on buying my first gravel bike. I was somewhat nervous as a "big guy", but Steve helped with the right fit, various options, and accessories needed to get me started. In my case, I needed to have my bike shipped and that was no issue at all either - I received it in a matter of days. Very smooth easy transaction.

What a great place to get all your cycling needs met. The staff is knowledgeable and super nice. They know what they are talking g about when they make recommendations.

There's a lot to like about Playtri. I've known Ahmed and Stacy for several years now, since before any store was opened. I raced several of their triathlons and volunteered for them as a member of Team in Training. The latter is one part of Playtri I love about them, their commitment to good causes, they've been great supporters of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for longer than I can remember!
