Easy to talk to the liaison assigned to the vehicle, who could explain actions being taken, and set me up with a nearby rental car service. Every thing was neat, clean and professional. I picked this shop out for my collision repair on recommendation of USAA, and would do so again without hesitation.

The advisor with whom I met was knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need. They assisted with rental assistance. They found savings and passed them on to me.
