I’ve joined several gyms over the years, and none keep me interested long enough to see results. Of course I was training myself, which never works. Alone, I get lazy. The coaching here rocks! The gym has a great atmosphere and the workout is actually fun. The trainers watch your form, make adjustments if necessary and ensure your workouts are safe and effective. Can’t recommend Vive Society enough.

Amazing group of fitness professionals! Welcomed me with open arms! Kadimah in particular has been a blessing. Always positive and locked in on his instruction. I wasn’t sure what to expect but glad I stopped in and ultimately picked back up on my fitness journey with them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun, family like atmosphere to get and/or stay in shape.

Best gym there is! Every coach knows so much and I am loving the workouts. Highly recommend DTSOF because it is life changing in so many ways, physically & mentally! :) The BEST team!

Great, supportive staff that want to improve your quality of life and fitness while making it enjoyable. I have been here almost 3 months and improved my fitness level dramatically! Classes are smaller, 12 people maximum, which makes it more personal and allows the coach to ensure movements are being performed correctly. Looking forward to more months at this gym!
