Open Country RV Park

Pet friendly, laundry & WiFi included in monthly rent....which is very affordable. This park is definitely one of the best RV parks I've lived at. Now if my neighbor would quit fighting & trying to hit people with a lead pipe. Thanks for a great RV park. Brandi the manager very friendly & helpful. I haven't met owners yet. Recently moved back and found out there was new ownership of the park. I could definitely tell the difference. The amenities offered has been upgraded to where you could actually get great use out of them. (Washer,dryer,showers,bathroom) They offer Wi-Fi which works great and I was further down from where I’m assuming the box is located. There is a designated dog area now which is nice if you have pets. It’s really a great place that offers so much more than other parks that have little to no amenities. The grass is always kept short, there’s never trash overfilling the dumpster, neighbors are nice,honest, & friendly. The greatest change has to be the new owners, they’re extremely attentive to their establishment and genuinely wants everyone to enjoy their experience there. They don’t settle for anything not working properly and are quick at fixing any issues that may occur. It’s definitely rare to find owners of businesses that are prompt to your needs and take pride in the services being offered. I will recommend this park time & time again.

I just want to say I lived at a couple different RV parks while in the metroplex and I must say that open country was not only the nicest but the cleanest RV park that I lived in in Tarrant county. I would like to thank Brandon and Sandy for going above and beyond to make my stay at their location great.

Great place to stay or live! Great owners who go to great links to make this an amazing experience for everyone! Community grills with a beautiful pavilion along with a fire pit. They also other free WiFi and laundry all for one low monthly price!! Come stay for a night or choose to live here long term you won’t be disappointed!

We lived here from February 2019 to November 2020. Management at that time was never available to fix anything and the laundry was a mess. So we packed up and moved to another RV park. April 2021 we were contacted by the new owner and asked to come over and check out the improvements. We did and were amazed at the changes. So we decided to move back! Great decision! We were able to see old friends too!. We love our lot and it’s good to be back home! Im a nurse and work nights a lot. So being in a location free of noise is important to me! We also enjoy the country atmosphere!!!♥️
