I have had several bad experiences before that left me with horrible dentist anxiety, so it took a lot for me to come in but my experience was wonderful. From the moment I called to ask do an appointment and discuss my anxiety, the front desk girl was so nice and understanding. She took the time to explain the whole process to me over the phone and sounded very empathetic the entire time. The X-ray process was so easy compared to other places, and the cleaning was amazing! The girl who did my cleaning was so thorough and constantly reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The doctor was just as amazing as his staff. He was so kind and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. They actually numbed me properly and I didn’t feel a thing when they were filling my tooth. Overall, a 1000/10 experience. I have found my forever dentistry. Side note: It is so cleans and pretty.”

“I would highly recommend Jennifer Ketchel DDS to anybody that has a child that is very apprehensive to going to the dentist. I have a 6 year old and every time I said the word”dentist” tears would roll. I have taken her to 2 other pediatric dentist and because they was not sympathetic to her fears I didn’t have the heart to take her back even though I knew she had a cavity festering. I found Dr. Ketchel through my insurance. When I booked the appointment I explained to the receptionist about my child’s fears and she understood. Long story short she had to have the tooth extracted. I thought for sure that they would have to sedate her. But they were so understanding and took their time. Now my daughter loves going to the dentist even after her tooth extraction.”

“I saw Dr. Kennedy in their orthopedist center and I am currently doing physical therapy in the PT center across the hall from her office. Every interaction that I've had with them has been fantastic and everyone that works there is professional and knowledgable. My only complaint would be pricing, I understand this is highly specialized medicine but they are charging me almost $70 for when they gave me a couple of pieces of paper with PT exercises on it and 2 rubber stretching bands. Other than that, it's a fantastic facility”

“At Walmart vision center store 3284 I had a professionally pleasant encounter with associate Maria Maya Arreola. I brought my own frame and she politely let me know why it would not work with my prescription and then chose the perfect frame for my face and features. She made sure all measurements were accurate that the lenses would give me the clarity I need. I left feelings confident my eyeglasses will meet my expectations. To be continued when I receive my eyeglasses. I ordered glasses on a Friday got text the following Thursday to picked up. My prescription has plus and minus for sphere, cylinder and add. The PD is perfect. The lab did a great job as well. I got the Nikon Hi index lenses which provide the clarity needed for daily activity.
