“I would not usually bother to review a Starbucks, as everyone knows exactly what to expect at one. That's why they're popular. But this location in particular provided outstanding service every morning on a recent and very hard trip to the area. Despite always having a line around the store and everyone being very obviously busy, they cheered me up every day. (In addition to making a reliably good cup of coffee.) The rare chain location that I find myself missing.”

“I have only had a handful of negative experiences at this location. Usually the order is right (although sometimes not). I also normally frequent the restaurant multiple times a week. I’m sure many of the workers know my name. The African American manager (not sure of her name) always goes out of her way to make sure my family has our order and that it is right. She definitely works hard. You can tell she means business but she is very kind. I wish I knew the second woman’s name… but there is a blonde woman who works generally at the second window. She had blue hair for a little bit. She is very nice also and she always gets our order right. We order cookies so often and they are sweet to warm them for us, as not all McDonald’s do this. So thank you for working hard and trying to make this McDonalds better for the Ola community as I’m sure things can get quite hectic!”

Very friendly and willing to help others in the community. My wife and I stopped in on our way home from the Purdue game. We found out they just lost a friend, their kitchen manager. Too young. The staff and community were all behind a fund raiser to help the kids through this hard time. Great people. Give them a try.”
