“When called, got an immediate appointment date set up-Jerry was prompt, explained everything ahead of time after listening to my needs about carpet services, questions & concerns regarding our pets. He explained everything to me in detail upon arrival & did what he said he would in the time frame he'd said. Very personable & knowledgeable & honest (rare these days) ....was reasonable, too. Needing deep cleaning due to pets (my how we THINK we have everything taken care of), he explained must of the spots which were from cat hair balls, had burned carpet due to stomach acids...wow! So I learned something too! The carpet dried up quickly & beautifully- and quicker than he said & the odor from cleaning (very light) was completely gone on less than 24 hours.
