Fox Den Fit Club

If you can join this gym just do it! I did back in August and I'm seeing and feeling all the rewards. The group training classes & exercise classes are awesome. I was surprised to find I actually like flipping the huge tire and pushing the sled in the Yard area 🙂 The trainers are the best and the whole staff are sweethearts. Thanks, Fox Den!!

Amazing gym. Very clean and well maintained. The owners truly put their heart into this business and it shows. Kelley is extremely knowledgeable with nutrition, fitness and has such a fun upbeat personality it makes you want to come in and work out!

The gym is a great. It's a family owned business where you see how much heart and soul they have put into it. Kelley is passionate about helping others meet their fitness goals. It's very clean, and everyone is friendly. I don't feel self conscious like in other gyms. Small group classes and 1:1 training are excellent. I highly recommend this gym!

It’s super clean with new equipment. Especially enjoyed the hip thrust machine, which is hard to find. Strongly recommend this place!!

I have been a member of Fox Den since it's grand opening in April. The customer service is top-notch, the gym is clean, and the price is more than reasonable. I have worked out in a group setting along with personal training from Kelly, it is always a fun & comfortable environment. I highly recommend this gym.
