I recommend him without reservation. Get your physician to refer you to him as a first step. Once that’s done, call Dr. Fisher ASAP as he stays quite busy. If you’re going to miss an appointment, let his staff know at least one day beforehand as you will be charged a reasonable fee if you do keep your appointment. “I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy exercising outdoors. Olga is a very attentive instructor, she has her own style which I love and the music is always chill and puts you in the mood. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up because we’ve been sheltering in place for so long, luckily she encourages everyone to go at their own pace and eventually you build up your strength. She is very insightful and knows what type of sequences each body type needs. I have been going for a few weeks now and am noticing the results. Because it is at the park I bring my kids who are able to play close by while I workout. It’s all very COVID cautious, she attained a permit from the city to instruct at the park, she brings sanitizer for all and of course everyone wears a mask until we step on our mats and begin working out and we all keep a distance from one another once we are on our spots. I would highly recommend taking this class with Olga. I see it as investing in my health and most of all SANITY!”
