“My children have been taking classes here for over two years. Coach Kirk and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Kind and uplifting with just the right amount of toughness when needed. Kirk is strict during class and plays around with the kids after. My boys have learned so much and have great workouts. I don't expect my boys to compete, I just wanted a place were they could have a good workout without the pressure of a team sport. If they decide to go on to compete later, we'll follow that where it leads. I have started doing taking an evening class for men and women. I'm totally out of shape, but getting there! They welcome ALL with open arms. A truly judgment free zone to help you improve in all the ways you want to!”

“If you're looking for a pediatrician, look no further! We are fairly new to the area and was recommend to try this pediatric office. When I called to make my appointment, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. On the day of our appointment staff members were very welcoming and patience with us since it was obvious that we were new to the practice. Everyone we encountered during our appointment were very professional and with genuine smiles. All my children (4yr old boy, 10yr old girl, 15yr old boy) felt comfortable and at ease talking to them. The location has plenty of parking, two separate areas for well and sick patients, the rooms are a good size that you won't feel claustrophobic with two children and staff in the room. The facility is very clean and well maintained. My children had their yearly exams here and I have also had to contact them in reference to some illnesses that may children have recently encountered. Every time that I have called and talked to them, there has been positive experiences. We have found our Pediatrician!”
