“We only stayed here for a couple of months while hubby was working, but it was great. Lou Ann, the park manager is so welcoming and wonderful to work with. She kept us up to date. The park is quite and well kept, excellent wi-fi, and the laundry room was really nice. It did not have bathrooms or indoor showers..but yes they do have excellent outside showers! We miss it there and we will be back!!???? Best camp RV park in Conroe. Thank you Lou Ann.”

“Have not been here very long but so far, the park looks very nice and is clean and well maintained. People in the office are nice and very helpful. Their pool is clean and park is quiet but not too far from town. Good fishing too! Prices are reasonable, especially having lake access sites. Note for long-term campers: missing a few amenities such as laundry services but there are places near by to go. There is no mail delivery here although you can receive packages at the office for pick up. I would recommend this park to all of my friends. Haven't had to worry about a thing since I got here.”

“Very nice place. Updated amenities. Free laundry and ice machine. Heated pool with hot tub. Grilling area by pool. Community fire and picnic area. Nice full trees to give that “in the woods” feel even though near the hwy. Hwy noise the closer you are to it. Very quiet park otherwise. Several long-term campers and cabins to rent also. Nice location near the Sam Houston National Forest for hiking or the lakes. Our stay was over a weekend.”

“Stopped by the Willis Store on my way back in to town. The immediate impression was a good one, nice looking store with attentive sales staff, yet still a no-pressure atmosphere. I informed them that I was a couple of months out from solidifying a deal and the sales rep still took his time going over possible options. Met briefly with the Finance Manager, Gil, and he introduced me to a couple of different scenarios that may allow me to move up my time frame. Definitely where I will be doing business! ????”

“We have lived here coming up to a year next month. Of all the places we looked this was the one we chose at last minute and we have not regretted it since. Yes they do background checks and charge you but if you have nothing to hide than you wouldn't have a issue with that because some of the RV parks we looked at it was clear they did not do background checks and they were trashed. The owner takes good care of the property and is constantly working on it to keep it nice, clean and comfortable for short term and long term RV'ers. Manager is awesome, informative on RV's and helpful on issues that arise. They are very strict on their rules and anyone violating the simple rules put in place are out. We love this because it is very quiet and very safe and there are no shenanigans going on. The only negative thing I can say is we do not receive mail there. Otherwise, perfect place, perfect cost. You pay lot and electric with that you don't pay for water or sewage. You get free cable and wifi. Pool area is set up beautifully and you can swim, BBQ and play music. They also have a fishing pond.”

“Very nice amenities - pool, courts, mini golf, etc. Restroom/bathhouse very clean. Sites a little close together and too little shade. A lot of long-term, permanent RVs so can be hard to find a good site. Good lake access but it's pretty far from most sites. Staff is helpful and friendly.”
