A few times I had the experience of not very friendly employees and one time I had a horrible experience with a female employee in the garden center but I don’t think she works there anymore. She was so outrageously mean to me that I told the manager and he said, you’re the second lady today that she’s been very rude to. The store is clean and neat and most of the clerks & helpers do a good job of being helpful and friendly. Even their house branded goods and groceries are usually as good as the name brand items. Parking is easy and offers many handicapped parking spaces....but we have experienced many people who are not handicapped parking in the handicapped spots. This should be monitored more closely and parking tickets issued to the inconsiderate people who park in the handicapped spots.”
