If your looking for a trainer who doesn’t care about all that Instagram stuff & is genuine about your feelings & what you’re trying to accomplish… then Coach Matt is 1000% your guy.The best athlete trainer I know.. I play football & I used to always strain my hamstrings all the time. But once I started training with Matt a about a year & a half ago, everything changed for the better. I started seeing a drastic improvement in my speed, strength, quickness & my jumping ability. I always ask him “how do you know about all this stuff” & the guy takes the time to read a bunch of books to make sure his athletes will be able to perform at their best of the abilities when it’s showtime!! He’s honestly a great trainer who actually cares but he also became a great friend!! I highly highly recommend him as your next & final trainer if you’re trying to get to the next level!!!”

“Love that I was able to come to therapy here the staff and the best and help u so much in what u need. I went in there with a walker and day 1 I was able to get off that walker and walk with a cane. And by the end of the week I was even able to get off the cane and they also show me how to relax doing other stuff like I feel in love with drawing and painting picture and that’s something I still do till this day thanks to the staff at chronic pain center. If I could I would love to go back and do more therapy longer there thank you for the staff there for everything they did for me and help me with.”

Everyone is treated like family here, and the people who own and run the facility make it a special experience for whoever walks through their doors. It would be hard to find care givers with more enthusiasm. You can tell these people love what they do just by watching how caring, loving, and supportive they are with all of their guests. Be ready for hugs, laughs, good cooking, and great assistance. I guarantee you won't be disappointed, every time I visit I don't want to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
