Price was very reasonable, work done quickly and workers were great. I highly recommend Custom Filtration. You can check out other companies, but Customer Filtration has the most reasonable prices and best service in the area!

At no point in the process was he pushy towards the purchasing of his system (unlike most of his competitors) and even went as far as to suggest we talk to a few different companies before we made a decision. In the end, his prices were the best by a long mile. His team showed up as scheduled, were clean and very respectful. We feel confident in our purchase and plan on referring Custom Filtration Systems to all our friends and families.

He went above and beyond to recheck my Alkaline water to see if it was working properly. I would definitely recommend this company for future business and to other people too.

(December 15, 2022, 1:24 am)Custom Filtration Systems was excellent. We had put off replacing our very outdated water softener system that was bypassed for the past 2 years. Jerry came to our house promptly and with a friendly and open attitude. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need and only recommended the packages that met our needs. What was more impressive is when we were stuck on adding in a whole home filter to our new system. Jerry was able to configure an affordable custom solution for us that allowed us to add a small whole home filter. It has been almost a week since our install. Everything went as planned and Jerry and his team were excellent at answering all of our questions.
We are local to Splendora/Cleveland area and would recommend Custom Filtration Systems. Give them a call! You'll be in good hands!
