I called Guy's and set up an appointment estimated before 5 that evening, it wasn't even an hour later a technician showed up. He was able to diagnosis the problem, buy the part, and fix it before my original quoted time. My house is so warm now I'm shredding layers. The price is very reasonable and the technicians are fast and have the answers right there! If I would've known it was that simple I would've called Guy's sooner. “I was very skeptical about the quality of knives here. After buying some of the “Damascus “ knives at the gun show. The manager let me try a knife before deer season. He said “ if you like it, come back and buy some” “ if you don’t like it, bring it back and tell me” After skinning 3 does with the knife I tested the edge. It was still sharp. There were some nicks in the blade but that’s to be expected. The edge held. I went back after deer season and I own 4 of their knives now. Great place, great prices... superb quality.”
