If your experience is positive it’s often chalked up to this ideology that people are supposed to feel better or get what ails them fixed as a result of a physician visit or a procedure. Then the second something is tough or the patient feels uncomfortable it’s time to write a negative review. The positive experiences commonly don’t get noticed. I recently underwent a surgical procedure with Dr. Muscat. Every exposure to this physician group has been an extremely positive experience. The front office staff remedied concerns revolving around insurance coverage. They went out of their way to keep me informed. Throughout the procedure, every encounter with every member of the staff was highly professional and they go out of their way to ensure the patient is comfortable. I had a clear expectation of everything I was going through. Most importantly, just a couple of days out of surgery, I could tell my injury had vastly improved.
